Recertifying or renaming user IDs by organization
It is common to have multiple organizations in one Domino Directory. Often, multiple users need to have their IDs recertified at one time, because their certificates are all set to expire on the same date. Similarly, you may need to rename multiple users, either because they are being moved to a different certifier, or because they are being upgraded to a hierarchical ID.

The Certificate Expiration view in the Domino Directory enables you to select multiple users within an organization for recertification or renaming. The Certificate Expiration view lists users by organization, and then by certificate issue. Users are categorized according to the length of time before certificate expiration. There is also a category for users whose certificates have expired.
