TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The Agent Manager may not be scheduled to run. If the Agent Manager isn't running, check the "Start time/End time" fields on the Server Tasks - Agent Manager tab in the Server document. Any time not specified in these fields represents downtime. If necessary, adjust the times in these settings.
2. The demand for the Agent Manager may be too high. If the Agent Manager takes too long to run agents, reschedule agents to run at night when system demand is usually low.
Note If you allocate more resources to the Agent Manager, fewer will be available to run other server tasks.
