TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Check for a damaged server ID. If a server ID is damaged, the Domino server may start, but users won't be able to access it. Also, the message "Server Error: Damaged ID" appears when you start the Domino server.
If you suspect that the server ID is damaged, you can replace the server ID with a new ID.
2. Verify that the server has all of the required certificates.
