Error 421: NotesInit Failed
If you uninstall the DB2 Access server and then reinstall the DB2 Access server to a new location, you must restart the IBM® DB2 Universal Database™ Enterprise Server Edition server to allow the new path to take effect. If you do not restart the DB2 Server, the error message appears because you are initiating a DB2 Access Set command with restarting the DB2 server.
