Description: Specifies whether the Cluster Replicator obeys quotas.

0 - Disables the Cluster Replicator from obeying quotas.

1 - Enables the Cluster Replicator to obey quotas.

Default: The Cluster Replicator does not obey quotas.

UI equivalent: None, although you can specify this setting in the NOTES.INI Settings tab of the Configuration Settings document in the Domino Directory.
