TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Start/restart the Domino server. The Domino server will start because the OS Account is not used during Domino server server start up.
2. Reboot the Microsoft Windows computer that is running DB2 so that the DB2 service restarts. Problems will be encountered when you attempt to restart the DB2 services.
Could not start the DB2 - DB0 service on Local Machine. Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure.
When rebooting the computer running Microsoft Windows, the following errors are recorded in the events log (EVENTS4.NSF)

The service did not start due to a logon failure.
1. Re-enable the OS account and then restart the DB2 services.
2. Start the Domino server.
