Enabling scroll hints
In IBM® Lotus® iNotes™, scroll hints display information that helps you know approximately where you are within a sorted list based on how you have the view sorted. For example, if you sort by Subject, and you are looking for a message with a subject of "Lotus iNotes," and a scroll hint displays "Lotus Sametime," you know you have gone too far, and might want to position a little higher in the list. Scroll hints are disabled by default.

To enable scroll hints, create or edit a Mail policy setting document. On the Lotus iNotes - Configuration tab under Mail, check Yes for Enable Scroll Hints.
