Follow the instructions for registering new users, and keep the following information in mind:

• The mail system, Lotus iNotes, does not automatically create a Notes ID for the person. You must select "Create a Notes ID for this person."
• When deploying Lotus iNotes to a large number of users, make any hierarchical or name changes before registering new users.
• To enable the mail usage indicator for users, set a mail quota.
