Tip Users of shared mail should find that the combination of attachment consolidation, database design compression, and document compression provides all the benefits of shared mail and yields even more disk space savings. If you previously used shared mail, consider configuring your IBM® Lotus® Domino® site to use both the Domino Attachment and Object Service (DAOS) and both types of compression, instead of SCOS.
