Lotus Notes advanced dialog box
Use this dialog box to specify whether to run Fixup on all databases or only on a specified database. You can also specify whether to report all processed databases to the Log file.

1. On the Basics tab, complete the fields:

Fixup all databasesChoose this option if you want to run Fixup on all databases on the server.
Fixup only this database or folderChoose this option if you want to run Fixup on one database or folder on the server.
Report all processed databases to log fileSpecify the name of the database or folder on which you want to run Fixup.
2. Click Options and complete these fields, and then click OK:

Scan only since last fixup (faster)Choose this option if you want Fixup to scan only those documents modified since the last time Fixup ran.
Scan all documents (slower)Choose this option if you want Fixup to scan all documents in a database, not just document modified since the last time Fixup ran.
Perform quick fixup (faster)Choose this option if you want Fixup to check documents quickly, not thoroughly.
Exclude views (faster)Choose this option to prevent Fixup from running on views. Use this option only if view corruption is not a problem.
Don't purge corrupted databasesChoose this option to salvage data in documents if the corruption is minor of if there are not replicas of the database.
Optimize user unread listsChoose this option only if Support advises you to do so. This option revers ID tables in a database to the previous release format.
Fixup transaction-logged databasesChoose this option to include databases that are enabled for transaction logging; otherwise, Fixup does not run on logged databases.
