TROUBLESHOOTING
ICL must be an NSF not a DB2-backed database
The Internet Certifier List (ICL) must be an NSF, not an IBM® DB2 Universal Database™ Enterprise Server Edition database. If the ICL is created as a DB2 database, the following error appears:
CA Process: Error initializing certifier context (CN=OAca/O=ibm) from ICL db IDStorage form: Error accessing IDStorage document in the Issued Certificate List.
Create the ICL prior to running the DB2 Server Enablement Tool and verify that NSF is selected in the "DB Default Creation" field on the DB2 tab of the Server document. To prevent the CA Process from failing, the ICL must be created prior to running the DB2 Server Enablement Tool, and it must have a database default creation type of NSF.
