Delete server - Flat server on the outbound (source) domain
When a Delete Server administration request is initiated for a flat server name on the outbound (source) domain, "Approval" requests are generated on the inbound (destination) domain. For example, the "Approve delete server in IBM® Lotus® Domino® Directory" is an administration request that requires the administrator's approval, and would be generated on the inbound (destination) domain when a flat server is selected for deletion on the outbound (source) domain.

The flow of administration requests documented here results when you are deleting a flat server from the outbound (source) domain, and you do not select Immediate processing.
